The authors analyzed work conditions and transitory disablement morbidity parameters for locomotory diseases in metallurgy workers. Transitory disablement morbidity was studied over 10 years (1998-2007) among sintering and sheet-rolling workshops (162 examinees) and plant management staffers (131 examinees) of reference group. The groups were subjected to calculation of probability ratio, relative risk and etiologic share. Findings are that degree of occupational causation for locomotory diseases among those working in unfavorable conditions, according to Denisov scale (1999), varies from medium to very high - that assigns those conditions to occupational.
