Microbiological investigation was carried out for detecting the growth of tuberculosis mycobacteria in patients with diagnosed lung tuberculosis, by cultivating in the culture medium the completely automated system Bactec MGIT 960. It was ascertained that: such a principle of cultivation accelerates considerably the stage of the investigation for detecting the growth of the agent at all the discovered forms of tuberculosis.
